Combine chopped chicken, BBQ Sauce, diced tomatoes (do not drain), corn, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and sour cream to the pasta bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
Transfer pasta mixture into a 9 x 13 baking dish, top with cheese and bacon, cover and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and drizzle BBQ sauce and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
