Step 1. Place eggs in a medium pan and cover them with an inch of cold water.
Step 2. Turn the heat on to medium and bring the water to a boil.
Step 3. When the water boils, shut the stove off and cover for 15 minutes.
Step 8. Add mayo, Dijon mustard, salt, and pickle juice and combine until smooth.
Step 9. Transfer to a small plastic bag. Snip the bag and pipe it into egg whites.
Step 10. Make fancy deviled eggs by garnishing with paprika and chives.
