Broccli, cauliflower, red grapes and onion in a mayonnaise light dressing

Broccoli Cauliflower Salad with Bacon

Enjoy this salad at your next cookout, potluck or holiday! You'll love the crunch of the vegetables, the sweetness of the grapes and the saltiness from the bacon.

  • 1 Head Broccoli Chopped
  • 1 Head Cauliflower Chopped
  • 2 c Grapes Halved
  • 1/2 c Celery Diced
  • 1/2 c Green Onion Sliced
  • 3/4 c Bacon (Approx. 6 slices) Chopped
  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp White Vinegar


  • Cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Remove from pan and drain on paper towel. When it is cool, chop into small pieces.
  • Combine cauliflower, broccoli, grapes, celery, green onion and bacon in a large bowl.
  • In a mixing bow, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
  • Pour dressing over vegetable mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Refrigerate. Serve chilled.


If you don’t have white vinegar on hand, you can substitute cider vinegar in it’s place.
