PIneapple Salsa

Pineapple Salsa is full of fresh pineapple, red onion, cucumber, red bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice and a hint of jalapeno. All the fresh flavors of summer!

  • 2 c Fresh Pineapple Diced
  • 1/4 c Red Bell Pepper Diced
  • 1/2 c Red Onion Diced fine
  • 3/4 c Cucumber Diced
  • 1 Tbsp Jalapeno Diced fine optional
  • 1 Juice from one lime
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro heaping Tablespoons
  • 1/2 tsp Salt


  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Allow flavors to blend at room temperature for 30 minutes, then chill until time to serve.
  • Serve with pita or tortilla chips.


Substitute mango for the pineapple and you'll have another version of a great salsa.
