In a small bowl combine 2 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Place pork tenderloin on a baking sheet and pat dry.
Sprinkle spice rub evenly over both sides of the pork.
Sauce
In a small bowl, combine ⅓ cup Hoisin Sauce, ¼ cup Soy Sauce, ½ teapsoon Mirin, 1 ½ teaspoon Sesame Oil, ¼ cup Honey, 4 cloves garlic minced, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, and 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes.
Grill
Clean grill with canola oil and preheat to 350 degrees F.
Grill pork tenderloin for 2-3 minutes per side before rotating. Continue cooking and rotating on the grill until the internal temperature of the tenderloin reads 145 degrees F. Should take approx. 20 - 30 minutes.
Baste two tablespoons of the sauce on each tenderloin 2-3 minutes before removing from the grill.
Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes. Drizzle leftover sauce over sliced pork tenderloin.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
