Easy Mexican Salsa Recipe

This recipe can be made in just minutes and is delicious with tortilla chips and all your favorite Mexican recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1 28 oz Can Whole Plum Tomatoes
  • ½ Onion Chopped
  • ½ cup Cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp Jalapeno Diced
  • ½ Juice from ½ Lime
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until the salsa is the consistency you prefer.
  • Store in an airtight container and refrigerate until serving.

Notes

Salsa will be good in your fridge for 4 - 6 days.
