  • In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice and fresh cracked black pepper.
    1 cup Mayonnaise, ½ cup Buttermilk, 2 teaspoon Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice, ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Next, add ½ cup blue cheese crumbles and 2 tablespoons minced parsley.
    ½ cup Blue Cheese Crumbles, 2 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley
  • Store in an airtight container.

Notes

Taste the dressing to see if you prefer additional lemon juice.  Play around with this recipe until you get the perfect flavor combination for your taste buds.
