Roasted Brussels Sprouts w/ Bacon

Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon are roasted tender with onions, sprinkled with  crispy bacon, and finished with a  drizzle of honey Dijon dressing.

What you will need:

Taco Seasoning

Brussels Sprouts Olive Oil Crumbled Crisp Bacon Onion Sliced Honey Dijon Salad Dressing Pepper Salt

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. - Cook bacon until crisp and set aside. - Cut in half from stem to top and put in a bowl. - Cut onion into think slices and add to the Brussels sprouts.

Let's make them!

– Add olive oil and lightly toss sprouts and onion. – Sprinkle salt and pepper over vegetables and toss to coat. – Lightly grease cookie sheet and add vegetables. – Bake for 25-30 minutes flipping half way through.

- Sprinkle Brussels sprouts with chopped bacon and drizzle with honey Dijon dressing.  Serve immediately.
