In a small bowl, mix chili powder, cu in, oregano, fresh lime juice, olive oil and both cayenne and black pepper.
Add chicken to the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove chicken from marinade and discard any leftover sauce.
Add chicken to the pan and cook on each side for 5 - 7 minutes. Remove from pan.
Cook veggies in the same pan for approx 5 minutes.
