Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal

Heathy Baked Oatmeal is like having a breakfast fairy that simplifies your busy mornings. This recipe is easy to make and the perfect meal prep breakfast!

Simple Ingredients make this delicious healthy oatmeal bake.

Step 1: Mash up two bananas in a large bowl.  

Let's make peanut butter oatmeal breakfast casserole.

Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas,  milk, egg, maple syrup, peanut butter, baking powder, cinnamon, salt,  and half of the chopped peanuts.

Step 3: Mix the rolled oats with the wet ingredients.

Step 4: Pour the oats into the prepared baking dish and let them sit for 10  minutes. Top the mixture with the rest of the peanuts, and bake for  40-50 minutes.

Step 5: Serve warm with maple syrup, a drizzle of peanut butter or honey.
