One-Pot Chicken Fajita Skillet

One-Pot Chicken Fajita Skillet is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner.

Chicken Chicken Breast Chili Powder Cumin Oregano Fresh Lime Juice Olives Oil Cayenne Pepper Peppers and Onions Onion Red Bell Pepper Yellow Bell Pepper Green Bell Pepper Olive Oil Salt Pepper

Ingredients

 In a small bowl, mix chili powder, cu in, oregano, fresh lime juice, olive oil and both cayenne and black pepper. Add chicken to the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from marinade and discard any leftover sauce. Add chicken to the pan and cook on each side for 5 - 7 minutes.  Remove from pan. Cook veggies in the same pan for approx 5 minutes.

Instructions:

 Cover and cook for an additional 3 minutes.   Serve in warm flour tortillas with your favorite toppings. See post for full cooking instructions.
