INSTANT POT TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE

Tuna Packed in water Cream Cheese Cubed Egg Noodles Pepper Salt Garlic Powder Onion Powder Chicken Broth or Water Evaporated Milk Cheddar Cheese Shredded Frozen Peas Fresh Lemon Juice

Ingredients

Step 1: Set out 1 cup of frozen peas so that they will begin to thaw and drain tuna.

Step 2: Add tuna, chicken broth (water or vegetable broth can be substituted here), cream cheese, and egg noodles to the pot.

Step 3: Add  spices to the mixture and give everything a quick stir.  Step 4: Place lid on Instant Pot, turn pressure valve to the sealed position, press manual and set the time for 3 minutes.

Step 5: Carefully open Instant Pot and add evaporated milk and cheddar cheese, and  peas. Stir everything together.

Step 6: Let casserole sit, giving it a stir occasionally, until the peas are  warmed through and the cheese is melted.  If it seems to runny, don't  worry it will thicken as it sits. Last, squeeze in 2 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice.

Now squeeze in 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice.

Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
