Pulled Pork Bowl

Layered with rice, beans, coleslaw, and avocados, these hearty Pulled Pork Burrito Bowls offer the perfect way to transform leftover pork into a satisfying meal.

Simple Ingredients create delicious pulled pork rice bowls.

Step 1: Combine ranch dressing and BBQ sauce in a small bowl and set aside.

Step 2: Heat the drained black beans, corn, leftover  pork, and rice either on the stovetop or in the microwave. Assemble the  bowls; divide rice amongst serving bowls, and top with pork, black  beans, corn, red bell pepper, slaw mix, avocado, and cheese.

Step 3: Serve the BBQ bowls with BBQ Ranch dressing and garnish with cilantro and fresh lime juice.
