Ingredients

Mayonnaise  Buttermilk   Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice Black Pepper  Blue Cheese Crumbles Fresh Parsley

Step 1:

 In a small bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, ½ cup buttermilk, 2 tsp lemon juice and ½ tsp black pepper.

Step 2:

Next, add ½ cup blue cheese crumbles and 2 tablespoons minced parsley.

Step 3:

Whisk all ingredients until the dressing is smooth.

Step 4:

Pour over a wedge of iceberg lettuce. Garnish with blue cheese, green onions, crumbled bacon and cherry tomatoes.
