Ingredients

 Ground Beef 80/20  Montreal Steak Seasoning  Egg  Liquid Smoke Worchestire Sauce  Oats Ranch Dressing Dry Mix  Buns Colby Jack Cheese Toppings

Step 1:  Add first 7 ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Step 2:  Mix until just combined, careful not to over mix.

Step 3:  Spray cast iron skillet with cooking spray and heat until very hot.

Step 4:   Cook each side for about 4 - 6 minutes, depending upon thickness of burger.

Step 5:  Meanwhile, butter the inside of each bun piece. Step 6: Toast each bun

Step 7:  Serve with your favorite toppings!
