Albacore Tuna

Mayonnaise

Onion
Finely Chopped

Celery
Chopped

Hard Boiled Eggs
with yoke chopped

Hard Boiled Eggs
whites only chopped

Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Drain tuna and place in mixing bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Serve chilled.
Notes
I recommend tuna packed in water. The tuna in oil is best used for different types of recipes.
