Preheat oven to 400°.
Prep red bell pepper, potatoes, sweet potato, red onion, zucchini, and bread.
1 Red Bell Pepper, ½ lb Baby Yukon Potatoes, 1 Sweet Potato, 1 Red Onion, 1 Zucchini, 3 cups Cubed Crust Bread
In a large mixing bowl, toss all vegetables with olive oil, red pepper flakes and seasoning packet. Next, spread the vegetables onto a large sheet pan.
1 packet Lipton Savory Herb with Garlic, 5 tbsp Olive Oil, ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Cut Italian sausage into 2" pieces and put over the vegetables.
1 ½ pounds Italian Sausage
Bake for 30 minutes, tossing half way through. Check the potatoes at 30 minutes. If the potatoes are not fork tender, cook for 5 minute increments until they are cooked through. Ovens vary, so check often.
