Tequila Gimlet Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 ounce Tequila
- ½ ounce Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ ounce Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Add the tequila, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a chilled glass or a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
Notes
- Simple Syrup - Simply combine equal parts sugar and water over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 30 days.
- Create a gin gimlet or vodka gimlet by subbing out the tequila.
