Air Fryer Loaded Baked Potatoes
You will love how baked potatoes come out perfectly fluffy and tender when making them in the air fryer.

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Wash potatoes with a vegetable brush and dry thoroughly.
Place potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove potatoes from air fryer. Brush each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Return to fryer and bake for an additional 5 - 15 minutes depending upon the size of the potato. Internal temperature should be 205 degrees.
Serve each potato with cheddar cheese, sour cream, bacon and green onions.
Notes
TIPS
Be sure to dry the potatoes before adding to the air fryer basket.
Grate cheese yourself instead of using pre shredded cheese.
You'll know the potatoes are done when the internal temperature reaches 205 degrees.
