Air Fryer Loaded Baked Potatoes

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Russet Potatoes
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled Bacon Optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Wash potatoes with a vegetable brush and dry thoroughly.
  • Place potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 30 minutes.
  • Remove potatoes from air fryer. Brush each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Return to fryer and bake for an additional 5 - 15 minutes depending upon the size of the potato. Internal temperature should be 205 degrees.
  • Serve each potato with cheddar cheese, sour cream, bacon and green onions.

Notes

TIPS
  • Be sure to dry the potatoes before adding to the air fryer basket.
  • Grate cheese yourself instead of using pre shredded cheese.
  • You'll know the potatoes are done when the internal temperature reaches 205 degrees.
