Bourbon meatballs are savory meatballs soaked in a bold bourbon-infused sauce, delivering a satisfying blend of smoky and sweet flavors. Perfect for a flavorful appetizer or hearty main dish.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, bread crumbs, onion, BBQ spice, garlic, salt and black pepper.
1 pound Ground Chicken, 1 Egg, 1/3 cup Bread Crumbs, 1/4 cup Onion, 1 1/2 teaspoon BBQ Spice, 2 cloves Garlic, 1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray or use parchment paper to keep the meatballs from sticking. Roll the mixture into small meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
Roll the mixture into 15 - 20 meatballs (depending on size) and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes turning once halfway through.
While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the sauce.
