Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, with no pink remaining. Drain any excess grease and return the meat to the skillet. Stir in the taco seasoning, hot sauce, salsa, and water. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Remove from heat and stir in the cream cheese until fully incorporated.
1 pound Ground Beef, 1 packet Taco Seasoning, 1/2 cup Salsa, 1/4 cup Water, 2 ounces Cream Cheese, 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
Place an 8" flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread the ground beef mixture evenly over the tortilla. Top with a second tortilla.

Spoon 2 tablespoons of enchilada sauce over the top tortilla, then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons each of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese.

Place the assembled tortilla pizza in the preheated air fryer and cook for 5 minutes at 400°F. Check to see if the pizza is browned and the cheese is melted. If needed, continue cooking in 2-minute increments until the pizza reaches your desired level of doneness. Repeat these steps for the remaining pizzas.
Top the cooked pizzas with your favorite toppings, such as salsa, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, green onions, and cilantro.
