Toss diced potatoes with 2 tsp Olive Oil. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Combine until all potatoes are evenly coated with spices.
3 cup Diced Potatoes, 2 teaspoon Olive Oil, ½ teaspoon Salt, ¼ teaspoon Pepper, ¼ teaspoon Paprika, ½ teaspoon Onion Powder, 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
Place potatoes in air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees for 6 minutes.
At this point, give the potatoes a good shake and bake another 6 minutes.
Potatoes should be crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. If the potatoes aren't crispy enough cook for an additional 3- 5 minutes. (Cooking time may vary depending upon the air fryer model and the size of the cut potatoes.)
Add more salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftover potatoes in an airtight container for 3 - 5 days.To reheat potatoes, pop them back in the air fryer for 2 - 3 minutes or heat in the microwave.
