Air Fryer Artichoke Hearts are perfect to serve as a quick and easy appetizer, side dish or serve them over pasta for a light weeknight dinner.

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees and spray basket with cooking spray.
  • Drain artichoke hearts and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • Gently toss artichoke hearts with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, seasoned breadcrumbs, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and salt.
  • Place artichoke hearts in a single layer into the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  • At 5 minutes shake basket or flip each heart and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve with warm marinara immediately.
