Blueberry Puree

Blueberry puree for cocktails is a smooth and vibrant blend of ripe blueberries, lemon juice and sugar.

  • 2 cups Blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup of blueberries, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar to a blender or food processor.
    2 cups Blueberries, 2 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Blend until you have a smooth puree.
  • Store unused puree in an airtight jar.

Notes

Add additional lemon juice or water if the puree becomes to thick.
