Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Goat Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 cup Tomatoes Diced
  • 2 clove Garlic Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Tablespoon Fresh Basil Leaves Chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Drizzle Balsamic Glaze

Instructions

  • Combine the goat cheese and heavy whipping cream in a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Transfer the whipped goat cheese to a serving plate, spreading it out evenly.

  • In a medium bowl, combine the diced Roma tomatoes, chopped garlic, black pepper, and salt. Add the chopped basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar to the tomato mixture. Gently stir to combine all the ingredients well.
