In a medium-sized bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and well blended.
1 cup Sour Cream, ½ cup Mayonnaise
Stir in chopped chives, lemon juice, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix all the ingredients together until fully incorporated and smooth.
¼ cup Chives, 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, 1 teaspoon Parsley, ½ teaspoon Dill, ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder, ½ teaspoon Onion Powder, ¼ teaspoon Salt, ¼ teaspoon Pepper
