Ingredients

  • 3 cup Cooked Diced Chicken About 1.5 lbs
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3/4 cup Craisins I give them a rough chop.
  • 1/3 cup Diced Onion
  • 2/3 cup Diced Celery
  • 1/2 cup Pecans Almonds or walnuts are great substitutions.

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix to combine. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
