Add all ingredients to the instant pot. Give everything a little mix to combine.
2 pounds Chicken Breast, ¾ cup Water, 1 teaspoon Chicken Base, ½ teaspoon Oregano, ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder, ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Cover with the lid and select pressure cook or manual for 7 minutes, followed by an 8-minute slow release.
Shred the chicken with two forks. Add the chicken back into the cooking liquid.
Serve while warm or cool the chicken and store it in an airtight container for meal prep.
