Oven Baked Parmesan Garlic Chicken Tenders

Lightly coated in mayonnaise and dipped in seasoned panko breadcrumbs, they bake to golden perfection in just 15 minutes, staying moist and crunchy thanks to a clever mayo seal!

  • 1 pound Chicken Tenders
  • 3 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • Coat chicken tenders with mayonnaise.
    1 pound Chicken Tenders, 3 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • Add panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, basil, black pepper, and salt to a shallow bowl and mix well.
    3/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs, 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, 1 teaspoon Paprika, 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Basil, 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Coat each tender with the breadcrumb mixture and place them on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, turning once. The chicken should be 165 degrees when cooked through. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Breadcrumbs: Use pre-seasoned breadcrumbs and save yourself one step.
  • Chicken: Try boneless chicken thighs instead of chicken breast tenders.
