Leftover pulled pork turns these hearty Pulled Pork Bowls with rice, beans, coleslaw, and avocados into a satisfying meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Leftover Pulled Pork
  • 2 cups Rice cooked
  • 15 ounce Black Beans
  • 1 cup Sweet Corn
  • 2 Avocado
  • 2 cup Slaw
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper Sliced
  • 1 cup Monterrey Jack Cheese
  • Garnish with Cilantro and Lime Wedges

For the Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 3/4 cup BBQ Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Combine ranch dressing and BBQ sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
    3/4 cup BBQ Sauce, 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
  • Heat the drained black beans, corn, leftover pork, and rice on the stovetop or microwave. Assemble the bowls with pork, rice, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, slaw mix, avocado, and cheese.
    2 cups Leftover Pulled Pork, 2 cups Rice, 15 ounce Black Beans, 1 cup Sweet Corn, 2 Avocado , 2 cup Slaw, 1/2 Red Bell Pepper Sliced, 1 cup Monterrey Jack Cheese
  • Serve with BBQ Ranch dressing and garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
