Creamy Avocado Sauce

Creamy Avocado Sauce can be made in less than 5 minutes and will take chips and salsa to the next level. Serve with all of your favorite southwest dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Tbsp Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • STEP 1: Add fresh avocado, grated garlic, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until the sauce is smooth.
  • STEP 2: Add a water, a little at a time until the creamy dressing gets to the desired consistency.
  • STEP 3: Serve immediately.

Notes

Stir leftover sauce and it will regain it's original appearance.
