Trim off the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. If they're large, quarter them for quicker cooking.
1 pound Brussels sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Add the Brussels sprouts to the basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are browned, tender, and crispy on the edges.
Transfer the cooked sprouts to a serving platter. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, then sprinkle with goat cheese and craisins. Serve warm.
