Easy Breakfast Pizza

Savor the simplicity of our tortilla  breakfast pizzas—thin crust, crispy bacon, and perfectly fried eggs come  together for a delicious morning twist on classic flavors, all in a  convenient handheld form. A no-nonsense breakfast option that delivers  on taste and convenience.

Simple ingredients create the most delicious breakfast pizza.

Place one to two tortillas on a baking sheet.   Layer each with pizza sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese.  Crack an egg in the center of each tortilla and sprinkle crumbled bacon. Salt  and pepper the egg.

Let's make breakfast pizza

Bake for 12-15 minutes until the egg white is set and the egg yolk is to your liking. Garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes.

Notes:  – Be sure to take the sauce to the edge of the tortilla. This will help the tortilla from getting over cooked. – Change up the pizza sauce for this Arrabbiata Sauce if you'd like your tortilla breakfast pizza to have a little kick. – Change up the flavor combination by adding different proteins and vegetables.
