Oven Baked Hot Wings are tossed in a classic, not too spicy, hot sauce and serve up great for dinner or as an appetizer with your favorite dipping sauce.
1. Start by heating the oven to 425 degrees.
2. Place chicken wings in large bowl. Add season salt, pepper and olive oil.
3. Coat chicken with spices and oil.
6. Toss each wing in sauce then return to wire rack.
7. Serve immediately or put them back in the oven for 5 minutes to so that the sauce thickens a bit.

To crisp up wings, place a wire rack on top of foil and arrange wings in a single layer prior to baking
