Step 2: Using a cookie scoop, divide the mixture into 1-inch balls and roll into a tight ball.

Step 3: Chill the fridge or freezer for 1-2 hours.  Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

– Add more protein to the bites by adding protein powder. – Substitute a different kind of butter, like sunflower seed butter or cashew butter. The texture may be different based on the type of butter used. – Use pure maple syrup instead of honey for a different flavor profile. – I haven't tried white chocolate chips, but I love the idea!
