This Restaurant Style Salsa comes together in just 5 minutes using canned tomatoes, jalapeños, lime, and pantry spices for that smooth Mexican restaurant flavor right at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 28 ounce Can Whole Plum Tomatoes
  • ½ Onion Chopped
  • ½ cup Cilantro
  • 2 Tablespoon Jalapeno Diced
  • ½ Juice from 1/2 Lime
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼-½ teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until the salsa is the consistency you prefer.
    1 28 ounce Can Whole Plum Tomatoes, ½ Onion Chopped, ½ cup Cilantro, 2 Tablespoon Jalapeno Diced, ½ Juice from 1/2 Lime, 2 cloves Garlic , ¼ teaspoon Salt, ¼-½ teaspoon Sugar, 1 teaspoon Cumin, 1 teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
  • Store in an airtight container and refrigerate until serving.

Notes

Storage

Refrigerator - Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Freezer- Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Some separation is normal. Just give it a quick stir.
