Place all ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until the salsa is the consistency you prefer.
1 28 ounce Can Whole Plum Tomatoes, ½ Onion Chopped, ½ cup Cilantro, 2 Tablespoon Jalapeno Diced, ½ Juice from 1/2 Lime, 2 cloves Garlic , ¼ teaspoon Salt, ¼-½ teaspoon Sugar, 1 teaspoon Cumin, 1 teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
