Instructions

  • Cut iceberg lettuce into wedges. Place wedges on individual salad plates or on a big serving platter.
    1 Iceberg Lettuce
  • Spoon a creamy dressing over the wedges and garnish with bacon crumbles, cherry tomatoes, green onions, and blue cheese crumbles.
1 cup Blue Cheese Dressing, ½ cup Crumbled Crispy Bacon, 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, ¼ cup Green Onions, ⅓ cup Blue Cheese Crumbles

Notes

Fresh ingredients: The key to this salad is to use fresh lettuce. You'll want crunchy iceberg lettuce.
Clean and dry lettuce: Be sure the lettuce is clean and has drained thoroughly before assembling the side salad.
Serve chilled: Present the wedge salad on chilled plates to keep the lettuce crisp.
Storage: Store leftover wedge salads in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the fridge.
