A Wedge Salad looks "fancy," but it takes little effort and is a great start to a healthy family meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1 cup Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled Crispy Bacon
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Cut in half
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions Chopped
  • 1/3 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles

Instructions
 

  • Cut iceberg lettuce in half and remove the core on both sides. Cut each half into three wedges. Place each wedge on individual salad plates.
    1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
  • Add dressing, bacon crumbles, cherry tomatoes, green onions, and blue cheese crumbles.
    1 cup Blue Cheese Dressing, 1/2 cup Crumbled Crispy Bacon, 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes , 1/4 cup Green Onions , 1/3 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles

Notes

Store leftover salad in an airtight container.
