Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Chicken Breast
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Hot Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Instructions

  • Cut chicken breast into 1-inch pieces and add them to a bowl with the mayonnaise.
1.5 pounds Chicken Breast, 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • Add breadcrumbs, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to a small bowl.
1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs, 2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Roll each piece of chicken into the breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
  • Place the coated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Ensure they are not overcrowded to allow for even cooking.

  • Combine the hot sauce and butter in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
1/2 cup Hot Sauce, 2 tablespoons Butter
  • After the chicken is cooked, gently toss them with the hot sauce and butter mixture. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
