Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.

Spread about 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce evenly over each flatbread, followed by an even layer of shredded chicken.

Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the chicken and BBQ sauce. Then, top with diced red bell pepper, thinly sliced red onion, and corn kernels.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are crisp.

Remove the flatbread from the oven. Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce if desired, then sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
