Ingredients

  • 4 8-inch Flatbread
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce Plus, some to drizzle, optional
  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 small Red Bell Pepper Diced
  • 1/2 small Red Onion Thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Corn Can or frozen corn works as well
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
    4 8-inch Flatbread
  • Spread about 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce evenly over each flatbread, followed by an even layer of shredded chicken.
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce, 2 cups Shredded Chicken
  • Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the chicken and BBQ sauce. Then, top with diced red bell pepper, thinly sliced red onion, and corn kernels.
8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese , 1/2 small Red Bell Pepper, 1/2 small Red Onion
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are crisp.
    1/2 cup Corn
  • Remove the flatbread from the oven. Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce if desired, then sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Cilantro for garnish, Red Pepper Flakes
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use Fresh Ingredients: For the best flavor, use fresh mozzarella, freshly cooked chicken, and corn straight off the cob if possible.
  • Even Toppings: Distribute the toppings evenly to ensure each bite is loaded with flavor.
