Ingredients

  • 4 8 inch Flatbread
  • 3/4 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2-3 cup Pulled Pork
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper Diced
  • 1/2 Red Onion Sliced
  • 4 ounces Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 4 ounces Pepper Jack Cheese Shredded
  • Red Pepper Flakes optional
  • Parmesan Cheese optional
  • Cilantro optional

Secret Sauce

  • 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each flatbread with a thin layer of the remaining 3/4 cup BBQ sauce, spreading it evenly to the edges. Evenly distribute the pulled pork over the BBQ-sauced flatbreads. Ensure the pork is spread out in a single layer for even cooking.
4 8 inch Flatbread, 3/4 cup BBQ Sauce, 2-3 cup Pulled Pork
  • Sprinkle the diced red bell pepper and sliced red onion over the pulled pork, making sure the toppings are evenly distributed across each flatbread.
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, 1/2 Red Onion
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and shredded pepper jack cheese evenly over the vegetables and pulled pork. For a spicier kick, sprinkle a pinch of red pepper flakes over the cheese.
4 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, 4 ounces Pepper Jack Cheese, Red Pepper Flakes, Parmesan Cheese, Cilantro
  • Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden and crispy.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce and 1/4 cup of ranch dressing until well combined. Set aside.
1/4 cup BBQ Sauce, 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
  • If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped cilantro over the pizzas right after they come out of the oven. This adds an extra layer of flavor and freshness.
  • Drizzle the secret sauce (BBQ-ranch mixture) over the top of each pizza for a tangy and creamy finish.

Notes

Don't forget the secret sauce - Drizzle the BBQ-ranch secret sauce over the pizza just before serving. This adds a tangy, creamy finish that complements the smoky and sweet flavors of the pizza.
Don't overload the flatbread - While it’s tempting to pile on the toppings, keep in mind that flatbread is thinner than traditional pizza crust. Overloading it can make the pizza heavy and soggy. A moderate amount of toppings ensures a crisp, manageable slice.
