Cranberry Simple Syrup can be added to gin and tonics, vodka sodas, or holiday punches (to name a few ways). It's also delicious served over ice cream and pancakes!

Instructions
To a small sauce pan, add cranberries, granulated sugar, fresh lemon juice and water.
1 lb. Cranberries,
1 cup Granulated Sugar,
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice,
1 cup water
Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to a low simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer and press the cranberries with the back of a spoon to help them release all the juices.
Pour the syrup into an airtight container.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
