Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the butter with the white sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add in one large egg, vegetable oil and vanilla.

Mix in the dry ingredients including flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar, 3 1/2 cup Flour, 1 teaspoon Bake Soda
Mix in the rice Krispies, oatmeal, chopped pecans, coconut and sprinkles.
1 cup Rice Krispies, 1 cup Oatmeal (not instant), 1 cup Coconut, 1 cup Chopped Pecans, 1/4 cup Sprinkles
Drop cookie dough balls onto a baking sheet or cookie sheet that is lined with parchment paper. For a softer cookie bake cookies for 12 minutes or 15 minutes for a crispier cookie. Wait about 1 minute before transferring to a wire rack.
