Cranberry Orange Pecan Cheesecake Dip

Sharing is caring!

This isn’t your average Cheesecake Dip! The cream cheese base is smooth and tangy, the cranberries add a burst of tart sweetness, pecans bring the crunch, and a hint of orange ties it all together.

The result is a sweet and savory dip that feels festive and a little unexpected. It’s the kind of easy Christmas appetizer that disappears in a flash every time I serve it!

Back when I ran my meal assembly business, this dip was always a holiday best-seller, and it’s still a family favorite today. Over time, I’ve given it a little upgrade with vanilla and orange zest, and now it’s the dip I rely on when I need something quick but crowd-pleasing. Nobody has to know how easy it is to whip up!

Ingredient Notes

  • Orange Juice ConcentrateI know, I know! It uses such a small amount, but I promise this ingredient really drives home the orange flavor the best. I’ve tested with fresh-squeezed juice, and it’s just not the same. Refreeze the extra so you’ll have it ready for next time.
  • Cream Cheese – Go with full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest dip. Make sure it’s at room temperature so it blends up nice and smooth.
  • Pecans – I love toasting them for extra nuttiness, but if you’re short on time you can skip that step and it will still be delicious.

Serving Suggestions

Sure, pretzels, apples, and graham crackers are classics, but you can make this holiday dip really shine with a fun presentation. Here are a few ideas:

  • Holiday Wreath Board – Place the dip in a bowl in the center of a round platter. Surround it with an assortment of dippers (pretzels, gingersnaps, graham crackers, fruit slices) arranged in a circle to look like a festive wreath. Add sprigs of rosemary or mint for “greenery.”
  • Hollowed Orange Bowl – Scoop the dip into a hollowed-out orange for a bright, citrusy presentation that ties right back to the flavors in the dip.
  • Dessert Board – Build a mini “sweet charcuterie board” with the dip, cookies, fruit, and candy cane pieces. It’s a fun, interactive way to serve at holiday parties.
  • Mini Jars – Portion the dip into small mason jars, sprinkle with pecans and cranberries, and tie a ribbon around the rim. These make adorable single servings for parties or gifts.

Whether you go simple or all-out, this dip is guaranteed to stand out on any holiday table.

Storage

This dip keeps beautifully! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Give it a quick stir before serving to freshen up the texture. I don’t recommend freezing, since cream cheese dips tend to separate once thawed.
