I’ve been making this recipe for years, but without the cottage cheese as part of the base.

Now with the addition of cottage cheese it’s even better. It’s much creamier and can be served straight out of the refrigerator. Before if the cream cheese wasn’t softened, it would cause the chips to break, plus I don’t like too much cream cheese in one bite.

If you’re not sure about cottage cheese, please give this recipe a try. You’ll never know it’s in the recipe, but you’ll love the texture it creates.
