Seriously this bread will go with almost all of your weeknight dinners. You’ll find yourself making it over and over again!
Stuffed Garlic Cheesy Bread Ingredients
You’ll need the following ingredients to make this cheesy garlic bread recipe.
- Loaf of bread – Italian, sourdough or French bread work great for this recipe.
- Softened Butter – I generally use salted butter when making garlic toast or bread, but unsalted will work too. Using melted butter makes it harder to spread the butter mixture.
- Garlic Cloves – You can substitute 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder if you don’t have fresh garlic cloves.
- Fresh Parsley – I love to use fresh parsley when making this recipe, but you can leave it out or substitute 2 teaspoons of dried parsley.
- Olive Oil – A little olive oil helps the butter to spread.
- Red Pepper Flakes – Optional, but I love the little bit of heat these little flakes bring.
- Mozzarella Cheese – I recommend grating your cheese to get super ooey, gooey, melty cheese. The pre-grated kind does not melt as well.
