Tips

  • Avoid Overfilling: Itโ€™s tempting to pile on the meat and cheese, but overloading your pizza can lead to a messy result. Keep it balanced for the best outcome, and then go wild with your favorite toppings once itโ€™s cooked!
  • Soften the Cream Cheese: Take the cream cheese out of the fridge ahead of time to let it soften. To melt it quicker, cube the cream cheese before adding it to the ground beef.
  • Speed Up Meal Prep: Grab pre-shredded cheese from the store to save time. Preparing the ground beef in advance and storing it in the fridge means youโ€™ll only need to layer and cook the pizzas on busy weeknights.
  • Slice with Ease: Use a pizza cutter to easily slice through the crispy tortillas for clean, perfect pieces.
  • Cheese Substitution: If youโ€™re out of cheddar, donโ€™t worryโ€”mozzarella makes a great substitute.
  • Oven Instructions: To make this Taco Bell Mexican Pizza in the oven, place the tortillas on a baking sheet and bake at 400ยฐF for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
